New packaging regulation

On 27/12/2022 was published in the BOE the Royal Decree 1055/2022, of December 27, on packaging and packaging waste, which brings new developments in waste prevention and reuse, with measures that could affect the water sector and the environment as far as chemical distribution is concerned, as it encourages bulk sales, etc. as well as the reuse/recycling of packaging.
