Steps
PRETREATMENT AND HOMOGENIZATION
This phase is essential for the proper operation, protection and cost optimization of the subsequent stages and its objective is the equalization of flows and loads, avoiding breakages and incidents in the subsequent electromechanical equipment.
Rotary sieve, ladder sieve, screw sieve, roughing screens, degreasing, desanding, etc. are the stages.
PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL TREATMENTS
The primary physical-chemical treatments have the objective of eliminating suspended matter, as well as oils and greases, being -sometimes- sufficient for discharges to collector.
We are specialists in physical-chemical treatability and cost savings associated with consumption and sludge production and we manufacture our own model of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) with tens of references installed nationally and internationally.
BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS
For cases with a high content of soluble matter or high discharge requirements, biological treatments are essential. On the common basis of degrading pollution through the creation of a biosystem, there are currently very diverse technological proposals whose applicability will depend on different factors: biodegradability characteristics, reuse possibilities, space occupation, CAPEX/OPEX, simplicity, etc.
More than 20 years focused on the search for the optimal solution without technological compromise, support us: Activated sludge, SBR, MBR or MBBR moving bed, state-of-the-art anaerobic technology.
SLUDGE CONDITIONING AND DEHYDRATION
Whose objective is the minimization of the costs associated with the management of sludge generation in wastewater treatment. We are convinced that the minimization process begins in the production process, and we contribute with our industrial experience, without losing sight of the sludge production vector in the new designs. We offer complete sludge dewatering lines from filter presses, centrifugal decanters, screw dehydrators, belt filters, etc.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
We remain at the forefront of technology and listen to the industry. We have specific technological solutions for intensification with liquid O2, electrodeamination, advanced oxidations, adsorption procedures, final disinfection through UV, chlorination or ozone. PILOTING AND LABORATORY. SIMULATION SOFTWARE AND TELEMETRY SERVICE
Water treatment plants in industry must be designed and operated for continuous adaptation to the evolution of production processes.
Having the means to carry out pilot tests, our own physico-chemical and microscopic observation laboratory and the possibility of dimensioning and adapting the plants by means of computer simulation is essential in the industry. All our plants are telemetrically monitored.
TECHNOLOGIES
DAF (DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION)
We have been manufacturing floats for 20 years. Our design of pressurization of raw current avoids recirculations and oversizing. From 2 to 150 m3/h and for any sector with Suspended Solids and/or Oils and Fats.
BIOLOGICAL AEROBIC
With the best software on the market we simulate and define the best design based on activated sludge/extended aeration. Carbonaceous matter removal and alternative denitrification processes, feed variants, biological phosphorus removal, etc. Experience at the service of design.
SBR (SEQUENTIAL BIOREACTOR)
Widely used in the industry, the Sequential Bioreactor, which develops all the purification stages sequentially in the same reactor(s), provides some advantages over traditional processes in terms of flexibility of flow rates and inlet loads, or investment and operating costs.
MBR (MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR)
MBR technology is today one of the most used options by the industry due to its compactness, robustness, versatility, and maximum performance. We have different solutions in external and submerged filtration to adapt to the requirements of each case.
BIOFILM TECHNOLOGY
The biofilm technology attached on a fixed (FIXED MILLS) or mobile (Carrier/ MBBR) substrate is an excellent option to increase the capacity of existing plants or to intensify the design of a conventional biological process in cases of high load. We pioneered the application of this technology in Spain more than 15 years ago.
ANAEROBIC TECHNOLOGY
Of obligatory selection in the industries of higher volume and load, its continuous technological improvement and increasingly better scalability, allows its application in new fields of the agri-food industry or the production of slurry, with excellent results and low operating costs.
